Group Registration Form

Early check in or late check out fee: $250  

Cancellation Policy: A guarantee for the group package is required for group events. To guarantee a reservation, one night's non-refundable fee will be charged on January 15th of the year of the scheduled event or at the time of registration, whichever is later. Reservations made the year before the scheduled event will be charged a $327 holding fee, non-refundable. The final guaranteed balance will be collected 30 days before the scheduled event.  

Maximum Guests per Unit & Grounds:  : For the privacy and comfort of our guests we limit the maximum number of guests for each cabin and on the grounds. The maximum number for each unit or less is permitted. Some exceptions are made for infants and small children on case by case basis. A limited number of day visiting guests are allowed for a per guest fee.

Non-Smoking: : All cabins and cottages are non-smoking inside. Fine for non-compliance is $100. Smoking is allowed outside. Please deposit butts in the receptacles, NOT on the grounds.

Damages:  Guests will be responsible for lost or damaged items at Cherokee Village Resort during their stay. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or for loss of money,  jewelry or valuables of any kind.

Confirmation: For your safety, we do not ask for credit card numbers over the internet. After submitting this form, please call us at 254-694-2564 so that we can confirm your reservation, and obtain your credit card information at that time.
